SR20DET rebuild

I am beginning to rebuild the bottom end of an s13 redtop SR20DET. The motor has a bent rod in it right now. I want to replace it with the same rod and new piston rings. I was told that this rod is the same as an american SR20DE rod and rings, is this true? If this isn't true, where can I find JDM rods and rings for a decent price. I also need to know where to get an ARP stud kit, a metal head gasket, main and rod bearings, oil pump, and miscellaneous gaskets and seals for a good price. Any information will be helpful.

jspec.com has an oil pump. Go check them out, and I think phase2 has some of that other stuff. Sorry I can't answer your question about rods and rings though.
