SR20DET questions

Im almost finished with my swap however I have a couple of questions.I searched them and some of my questions were answered, although a lot were not.

For starters I have a 1993 240sx thats manuel.

1) I recived an automatic harness, i swapped out the throttle body for a automatic so that the clip would work. Is that the only problem I have to worry about for the automatic harness? When my friend did his swap he had to convert to manuel, and wire the neutral safety switch, do i need to do that also?

2) I kept the KA lower harness,( The harness that connects into the transmission and alternater, etc) and the transmission is a SR and the plugs on the SR transmission are different then the KA. Should i switch the harness back to the SR harness or can i just rewire the clips from the SR to the KA?

3) Heads up display/digital gauge, do i need to wire anything special for this?

for your second question you can jus wire the ka lower harness to the sr harness sorry i cant help with the others for i do not have HUD and nor did i recieve an auto harness with my swap
