hi guys im new and i just bought a 240sx. i want to know how much an sr20 costs and if meineke can put it in for me. i also got a real nice apc sticker and i dont know where to put it. also can i beat a civic si???? my friend has one with euro lights, neons, lowered ( cut springs work very nice), and nos. thanks for the help guys.

if i'm not mistaken, i beleive the optiml spot to put an APC sticker is on the back windshiel, in this way you will acheive the highest HP gain, and will add lots off downforce, ( not that you'll need it, cause if ur gonna race you'll need a 4 1/2 ft high wing, which will provide all the necessary downforce)

beat a civic si????? are u kidding those things are hardocore street machines, i don't beleieve a Civic si has been beaten, ever, in the history of hondas

even though euro lights are cool i think that u should go with is300 lights, now those are snazzy

How can you be serious a stock 240 will waste a Civic Si, dont get me wrong, my friend owns a civic but the 240 will waste it. And I agree if you get "NOS" you and your family should be drug out into the street and be shot. No APC no "NOS", go with actual performance parts

first of all, this whole thread is the worst excuse for a post whore thread I have seen yet.

second of all, tougerps13, I don't know if you get the joke or not, but either way you are very confused. in both the real world, and in the context of this joke, the civic si(vtec) will beat a stock 240sx.

There are many mods that can be simply done with a floor jack. Pulling on the cat-convert. i say would definately be very productive. Especially while using a jack. Another thing you might try is removing the muffler bearings. I know it sounds difficult...and well actually it kind of is. Jack up the rear driver side of the car as high as it will go, this will cause any muffler fluid to flow to the opposite side of the fluid tank and you wont spill any on your garage floor. (big mess). Then position yourself under the car and pull on the muffler core untill it comes loose. Don't be affraid to shimmy that thing outa there. Oh i almost forgot, you should remove both rear tires and they will constrict the removal of the master muffler bearing. Any questions just shoot this back at me. <<<Tom>>
