will the 91 sentra se-r sr20de piston rings fit on my jdm redtop sr20det pistons?West covena has the part number for the oem piston ring kit for the sr20det as 12033-53J20 and when i was looking at the parts guide from here the part number for the sr20det engine isEngine - Bottom End:Piston ring set (standard) Jan 1991 - Dec 1998 12033-53J00, 12033-53J01 the part numbers are different so which one is the real part number the one i got from west covena or the ones from this posting. Please let me know asap because i can get the piston ring kit for the 91 sentra pretty cheap but i dont know if they would work. And i know all the bearings from the sentra is the same as the jdm sr20det.Please help me once again!!!!!!!!

I don't know for sure, but as they are different part numbers I wouldn't use them.

They probably can't handle the extra boost pressure.I would not cheap out on anything that is bottom end related unless you enjoy pulling your engine for rebuilds often, but that's just my opinion and like I said I'm not sure if they are the same

Probably just an updated p/n. I'm 99% certain the rings for an SE-R will work. To be extra certain, take the p/n from the parts sticky, call up a dealer and see if that number returns anything. Usually when a part is updated in any way, it gets a new number, but all the old numbers will reference to it.
