Gasket? I sprayed soapy water EVERYWHERE and found nothing. no leaks!? could it be the exhaust manifold? the soapy water just boils away when sprayed on it so Its hard to rule that out?!

You have a boost leak detector? If not id make one and check and see if your bov is leaking at different pressures. It sounds like the bov is slightly leaking.
