SR20DET Problem please help

My sr ran perfectly but yesterday i span out and when i stopped i started the car back up and it would barely go over 1000 rpms when i got to a good place to stop it cut off and would start back up but immediately bog down and cut off. I checked for fuel problems but that wasnt it the spark plugs were flooded so i changed them and it still wouldnt start then i checked the timing and that was fine too. If anyone knows what my problem might be please tell me Thanks, Matt

if you spun out? Then check your batt cables and your ground cables.

Did you keep/have the clutch all the way in while spinning/out of control?

nah i didnt have the clutch pedal in. But i didnt roll backwards in gear if thats what your wondering.
