there was a bad connection for the radiator fan so my motor overheated, I don't have the exact temperature for coolant but the reseivor was boiling so I'd say easily over 100C... the oil temp was also about 100C. On the gauge cluster it went all the way to the H section but did not go pass it.

Is there anything I shoudl do? check for damage? change oil/coolant due to degrade from high temp?

Hey, changing fluids sounds like good idea ... there probably wasn't any damage done. Maybe compression test just to check and make sure the head wasn't warped and BHG ... things like that.

Change your oil before you do anything. This will tell you a LOT about the condition of things!

I have popped coolant hoses 3 times now (NOTE: Anyone doing a motor swap change ALL coolant hoses...not just vac lines!!) and way overheated and survived. The oil is going to be fried, so be on the look out for spiking oil temps or weird oil pressures: you may have a coked up blockage somewhere. Also, see if there is coolant in the oil. Hope not (and shouldn't be) a terminal headgasket, but it is always a possiblilty!
