Need a little advice from anyone who's done this or knows much about it.

SR20DET + transmission Price: $4600

RB25DET + transmission Price: $1900

Which is cheaper, easier, less hassle and modifications to install?

Also if there are any pros or cons for both engines please let me know, thanks.

Well I'm about to get started on a rb25det neo 6 build. Paid 2900 for motor, transmission, and shipping. Personally I'm going with a RB build because I want a 240 with a skyline motor.

Who the hell is charging that much for an SR? I used to charge that much to sell a motor AND install it.
