OK i searched for this & turned up no resultsi am currently building my motor & i got my crank & block back yesterdayi noticed that the oil pump drive had a wear spot on the corners that had the pressure applied to it, it seems like it is normal wear, has anyone ran into this B4, should i replace it, & if i do where the heck can i get one??

should this be something to worry about? i dont want it to spin inside the pump & screw up my fresh motor due to loss of oil pressure! any help is as always, greatly appreciated

Ouch. I can say you need to get a camera that can focus better.

As far as the drive spacer goes, it looks like it should be fine, but I can't imagine what caused that wear. The spacer is part of the rotating assembly, but it isn't a part that sees rubbing and whatnot. So long as it hasn't been totally chewn up, it should be fine.
