sr20det oil pressure sensor

So i have a 1996 240sx and am doing a s14 sr20det blacktop engine swap in my garage. I recently purchased a sr20det s14 transmission wiring harness. It turns out that the oil pressure sensor on the harness doesnt work on my sr20det. I looked around and found out that the ka24de oil pressure sensor is the same as the one i need for the sr. If so i was wondering about how i would go about doing the replacement of the sensors.
