Hi, I am in need of some help. I have my block at the machine shop and I didn't remove the two lines on the block, one is a factory return and I am unsure of what the other one is. The block cannot be decked with them on there and I don't know how to remove them. I have one picture of them but isn't the best quality. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I believe they are simply pressed into the engine. Tap and rotate gently, they should come out.

Whatever you do, DO NOT remove the coolant hard line (bottom right circle in your picture). You can deck the block just fine with it in there. It is next to impossible to get it to not leak once removed. The machine shop that did my first build did not know this, and they removed it. I couldn't get the thing to seal at all. I tried EVERYTHING, lol. My new motor was decked with it left on, and no leaks. If the machine shop says they cant do it, then take it to a different shop. The upper left circle in your pick is the air/oil seperator tube from the bottom end. Just grab it tight, and move it back and fourth. It will come out fairly easy. Just make sure you re-install it before putting the head on... made that mistake a long time ago... ha ha.
