sr20det not on epa list?

I have heard that the sr is not on the usa epa list of approved engines. Searching this site it seems there are quite a few out there. 2 questions;How many sr20det's are there in the USA?Does anyone know of any coincidence to having such a motor?:icesangel

but yes, it is illegal, and if they catch you, they will break both of your legs and all of your fingers, then strap you to the car and throw you in the ocean and say "swim back to Japn you riceboy!!"

Well what kind of advise are you specifically searching for? Are you having problems with emissions? Do you even have emissions? We are more then willing to help, I'm just sorta confused on what info you need :P

As for how many SR's in the US? Oh man, probably in the high hundreds if not more.
