sr20det not boosting

i just finished my sr swap and it seems to idle fine and the boost is a 7lbs but when i drive it the car cuts out when the boost should kick in. i set the timing checked out all of the vacuum lines, fuel, ignition.does someone have any idea of what is wrong?

What do you mean your car cuts out. Does it sputter, stall out..?
