sr20det no start when hot or closed loop

240sx with sr20det black top. car will start up fine runs good no problems. but when the car gets up to temp closed loop and i shut it off.no start up it loads up with fuel and i have to clear flood mode just to get started. every thing on the car has cheched out fine so far need imput on this one.

sr20det, 300zx maf, safc 2, and the norm of bolt on parts

Ha this just happened to me. Either your coolant temp sensor(the one on the left) is bad, or unplugged or the wires are damaged. The sensor is the same as the one out of the dohc KA and can be found at your local parts store for 15 bucks

hey whats up thanks for the post i have checked the resistance hot and cold it checks good but the sensor may be (skewed)meaning that the readind is bad at some of the temps. i will throw one in and see what we have. thank will get back with info
