sr20det no start, plz help got gas and spark

I got a 93 sr redtop in a 92 s13. I built the engine from the ground up, droped it in, wired it up and all I can get is a sputter the first time i try to start it. Its weird, to me it seems like it is flooding out cuz I cant even get a sputter after the first time I crank it. I have replace the ignitor chip, CAS, all new plugs. I do have a z32 maf that was installed on the car and working properly befor the rebuild. I do have alot of aftermarket parts on this car, here is a list of some of them. even though it might not help to know all the parts

I installed the new CAS by lining up marks on chin with cams, at tdc with the crank pully at the 2ed notch. I have checked spark and fuel, got both......wtf..... ANYONE GOT AN IDEA?????
