sr20det no signal for tach...

Car: 89 nissan 240sx w/silvia front end SR20det type X

so i have an 89 coupe with an sr20det and a greddy e-01 installed. the turbo controller has a tach built into it an it was working untill now any idea on how many millivolts is the signal wire supposed to put out for it to read? or any ideas why it would stop working out of the blue?
