sr20det misfire, rough idle HELP!!!

ok so today my car was running fine up until i was on my way to a freinds house and i was riding in first i then started hitting boost i went to shift into second and its like all the rpm's dropped real low, i came to a stop and then the car started to idle real low like at 500 to 700 rpm , it feels like its misfiring, real bad, i have ngk bkr7e spark plugs that are faily new i dont think thats the problem, i checked the connecters for the coil pack, mafs, injectors ect, i couldnt find anything unplugged , like i said when i turn the car on it idles real jumpy like its misfiring does any advice for me??

did you connecters every thing well ,Sw20 i have one on my S13 tooo is fast ....
