i went to take my turbo off my redtop sr, getting everything off, drain the coolant and its just milky as can be, obviously oil getting into the coolant somehow, ive never had any blown headgasket problems, like smoke or loss of coolant, im not the smartest with motor and problems like this, but planning on putting my gt2871r doesnt sound like a good idea now, please help me out, mechanic at work said blown or cracked H/G, turbo seal is mixing the oil and coolant? or cracked head.any help very very appreciated! thanks

Check ur shaft play on the turbo and if its good then yea it may be a head gasket. Have you ever overheated it?

well in that case pull the head and check the gasket would be a good idea. and you should already be doing this to replace the gasket along with new headstuds since ur putting the gt2871 on

Yea right lol. U might want to check this now b4 you have to sell your "new" turbo to replace your warped head

idk if this helps but... when antifreeze gets pushed through the oil pump enough times it turns a milky white. Happened to me. super small river formed under my HG. saw the milky stuff when I removed my oil pump. asked a mechanic and he said it was coolant working its way through the oil pump. my .02
