I been scouring the forums and dealer pages but i cannot find out what is the max size pistons you can use on a SR20DET w/o having to resleeve.I know the OEM pistons are 86mm

On the same note does anyone know the max you can bore the OEM sleeves to? I dont want to spend the extra money on resleeving if i dont have to.

Are the Sleeves screw type or pressed in?

thanks for the help

Largest diameter piston I've seen for the SR is 87.5mm.

I would be scared to take it .040" overbore (that would be 87mm total diameter). You might be able to make it work, but the stock sleeve walls are too thin at that point IMO.
