If someone still remembers me I'm the one who blew my SR20DET engine on my 200SX S14. I finally got my JDM SR20DET blacktop replacement done. Now I'm running GT28RS, stock SMIC, full "3 exhaust, "3 downpipe, free flow air filter, stronger clutch + boost and AF ratio gauge. No boost controller, cause the boost stays up around 14psi. I have not been able to set it lower, my mechanic tried to do it by regulating the actuator, but it didn't help, boost still goes up to 14psi. How can I turn the boost down to ca 10psi? I have driven with this setup for a month, everything works properly. At full boost 14psi my autometer AF ratio gauge shows 3 green sticks on the rich area(lambda sensor is also new). Next week I am installing large FMIC, Walbro 255lph in-tank fuel pump and HKS BOV. What would be the max safe psi limit on this setup with factory ECU and 370cc injectors? I have to drive with this setup around 3 months until january, then I am able to install 740cc injectors, proper ECU and Z32 MAF.
Old stock turbo turbine wheel when I bought the car (found it from exhaust pipe):
