What do you guys recommend on replacing when you first get your sr? I was thinking something like this: Please add if I forgot something.

-Water Pump
-Oil Pan
-Complete Gasket kit (I will be replacing headgasket, so anything I should replace while i'm in there?)
-All new Hoses
-Belts
-Timing Chain Set
-Clutch and resurface flywheel
-Thermostat (Still cant decide between an oem or a nismo. Pros and cons to both)
-small stuff like spark plugs, oil filter

If installing a new hg, replace the head studs as well. Check the IACV and throttle body. Clean them out if dirty. Maybe even replace the IACV, if it's looking rough. Other than that, you've got everything pretty much covered.

Few more I would add would be front and rear main seal( i've seen gasket kits not include those). If its an S13 SR get the S14 water neck and delete the coolant hoses behind the engine that will save you about 2 hours of fidigeting with the thing in the car. Also last thing i can think of at the moment replace the clutch. Might not sound hard to do witht he car in but OMFG its a b**** getting that thing in and out. Doing that with it off the car and easily accessable would make life a lot easier.
