SR20DET Lower Wiring Harness

When I received my SR my lower harness was still in tact and uncut so I decided to use it with the swap. All the plugs on the harness fit somewhere on the fusebox on the passenger side of the car. My question is 1. The car was originally an auto will this matter? 2. Does the SR use the same pinouts as the KA as far as the lower harness is concerned? I havn't routed the main wiring harness just yet and there are some plugs on the passenger side fusebox that are currently vacant but I believe they all come off the main engine harness. I guess what I'm really asking is am I gonna get away with using the SR's lower harness or is this gonna require some more wiring?
