Car: s13 with rb25 and s13 with s14sr20

Will the s13 sr20blacktop long block from the 94 - 96 work with the 96 - 98 s13 blacktop ecu, harness, manifolds, etc? I'm basicaly trying to get the 94 - 96 long block working with a 96 - 98 blown motorset.

Mechanically the motors are identical (s13 to s13). If you're using the 96-98 harness, make sure you stick with using the sensors and ECU for that setup as well.
