Hey guys,I need help!I'm wondering if I can fit a sr20det rwd into a nissan pickup/hardbody? Will it only drop into the 90-97? or will it fit in the 85-89 too? What will I need? I already have a sr20det rwd in a 240sx. Can I just take the whole swap and drop it into the truck? Please help me out asap...The local people here don't know much about nissans. Thanx.

Ive seen SRs in a hardbody that looked like early 90s or so bodystyle. I dont know nissan pickup chassis years so I couldnt tell you what exactly it is...but I know for sure Ive seen videos of one running and found a website that had wiring diagrams for the harness work, but its down now.

Yea it's becoming pretty common to put SR's in early 90's Nissan hardbodies. There is one guy near me with one (Nitefire on 240sxforums.com). Search for him over there and ask him about his truck.

It'll bolt up to the mounts on an nissan truck running a KA24 engine (makes sense, eh?).

I believe you'll have to dent in the firewall a little bit, and I'd imagine a custom driveshaft is necessary, but that's about it.
