on their web site...Unstable Hybrids posted that they are only doing "rare" swap. Also Balanced Performance wants 2200$ for the install; -(Is there anyone in the ATL that knows how to do a clean swap?; _)

I would recommend Allspeed in Peachtree city, I have seen a few of there swaps and they are very clean. There number is 770-631-3966.

too much? do it yourself with wiring and everything, then tell me its too much.

you said you wanted a good clean install, you cant have a good clean job without incuring charges..and balanced includes things like new gaskets, etc that should be changed anyways in the price.

trust me, jeff at balanced is the guy to go to. He knows his stuff, does a great clean job(paul's S14 was done there, its a beautifully clean job) and its very presonable and just overall an excellent mechanic...who also has jim wolfs number irectly amongst other things.

take it to them, talk to bryan white(service writer, etc) and tell him chet sent you...-chet

Dont be a ***** on the phone. Tell him you want a good deal and maybe he can work something out for you.

DO NOT GO TO BALANCED PERFORMANCE!!!!!

Theose son of a *****es charged me $1000 to do my wiring. When I got my car back, they had forgotten to plug things in and the wiring screws up like once every two weeks. I am in the military, and I wasn't there to supervise. I definatly got ****ed in the ***.

What's stopping you from doing it yourself? If you have (or can get) an engine hoist, a good set of metric wrenches/sockets, a garage for about a week, a soldering gun, drill/dremel/holesaw and some basic mechanical know-how, it's not too hard.

Jarco gets Augusta customs to do their swaps. They are pretty incompetent, but install SR's for $700!. My buddy just got his done. After a couple weeks of tinkering with it, we got it running pretty smooth.

$700 is for LABOR (obviously)
