sr20det injector removal

ok, so im having problems....i have my fuel rail off and im trying to get my injectors out of it....i have the brackets off the top but the injectors wont come out still...is there a special way to get em out??

havent changes injectors on anything but hve gotten them out not on a sr but on a teg we had some probs to all we had to do was keep twisting them for about 2 3 mins each and they came out and when putting new ones in do the same if the o ring doest fit in right gas leak and it can be a prob but this was on a teg so it wont be accurate but give it a try
