SR20DET Infomation Needed

I am new here. Just wanted to know how much horsepower and torque stock SR motor can make. Also, whatis a SR20VET motor?

Depends what car the SR20DET comes from. It was available with different HP ratings for different years and models.

The SR20VET is the engine that came in the X-trail up through 2002. It is the SR20 block, with variable valve timing and lift (like Honda's VTEC), and turbocharged. It's transversly mounted, so must go in a FWD car (or AWD with a transverse layout).

The 92 240SX SE doesn't have an SR engine....unless you put it in. Then, we need to know what the SR came out of. Not what it's in.

my engine is running like a piece of crap,please tell me if anybody has a twin turbo engine for a 240sx
