SR20DET in Ohio?

I am extremely interested in building an SR powered 240SX in the near future, and I have a friend that is also interested. When we buy motors we would much rather drive and pick the motors up rather than pay all the money to ship them. I was wondering if there are any places in or near Ohio that import SR20DETs and are reputable?

Also, I know some people that have done the swap that may be willing to help, but if not do any of you know the names and locations of any shops experienced with the swap in Ohio, preferably central or northeastern Ohio?

Not too sure about shops around Ohio but i know there are several members with swaps in Ohio that seem to be very helpful and im sure would cooperate in helping you out. While we are on the SR subject...if you need a new flywheel and clutch when you get your SR just let me know and i'll cut ya a good deal

ubshtoopid, you can purchase the motors from turbo4 talk to joe(burgy240) on here! hes connected to them ! as far as shops that are experianced in install work on nissan's there isnt any that are good, or that i would trust with my car! we have 2 swaped cars one being my Ca18det and another s13 Sr20det, both installs are similar and we know more then any other shop in dayton or columbus. we also know and have worked with a few other people that swaped on thier own ! if your interested in having somone do the swap for you, please email me that way we can discuss it and possibly setup a day to meet and talk over options and goals that way your fully aware of what your getting into ! we will be doing swaps all summer and offering some other custom services and our prices will be super competive or even just plain dirtcheap ! gota get off the ground this summer!!

Thanks for all your help so far! I haven't decided for sure if this is what I am doing yet. I am currently at OSU and don't even own the car yet. I plan on beginning my search for a nice S14 as soon as school is out and then I need to get all of the parts for the swap.

If anyone else knows where the motor can be purchased that I wouldn't have to drive too far it would be greatly appreciated.
