sr20det in a 92 civic

hey i just picked up a double civic deal. the one civic is a b16a fully built and the other was just a shell. im looking to drop a sr20det because i always loved the 240sx but there are just to many out there. and i dont no of many sr20'd civic's. my question is how do i swap it in and what is needed and can i convert the civic to rwd. i want to put the sr20det against the b16a but im sure if i keep a stock sr20 the b16a will kill it. so what can i do to improve power over the b16a
