my vacuum at idle is 19-20 at 750-850 rpm. Cruising at 5% throttle, vacuum is 15

Check for vacuum leak

OMG man, same here, I'm at 15Hg at idle, and I've checked my lines, and I bought new vacuum lines but I've got the same issue as you. Keep us informed. BTW, have you tried a boost leak test??

If you havn't, try making a BOOST LEAK TESTER at home and test it.

Alrite I just went to my car as well, AGAIN I have a cyclinder flooding. You should really check to see if your engine is flooding. Also take out the dipstick, and smell it, make sure you smell it to see if you can smell gas, because if you do, dump that oil asap and change it.

I might have to replace all my injectors with brand new ones.

Leaky injectors, usually the o-rings go bad, or they could be installed wrong. Sometimes the cyclinders get stuck as well.

Take out the spark plugs and check if you see that the pistons are wet. They should be dry, If a few, or all are wet than you either have bad injectors or bad o-rings

I got the car running much better now I installed my dohc gauge cluster and saw that my idle was at steady 900 rpm so I checked my CAS I loosened the bolts cranked the motor and found out that my timing was correct but the positioning on the CAS was incorrect after I turned it around I found the car to idle straight instead of the sputering noise it was making originally.

by the way i did check my spark plugs and they were clean, and my engine was not getting flooded with fuel.
