I just completed swap and the car cranks drives boost all well but when i pull up to a red light after driver the car wants to cut off so i have to keep giving it gas, i still have my stock fuel pump and the car still has unleaded 84 octane in it from what was left from my last ka24e i have no filter on my maf and no exhaust system only turbo outlet that connects to down pipe could any of these cause it to idle so gay after driving?? when i first crank it it idles ok but after driving it just wants to die if you dont keep gassing it oh yah i have no bov either and im not using stock recirculation kit on side mount

My Sr won't idle without the filter attached for some reason. I assume you have the connection point for the recir. valve capped. You shouldnt be driving the car without a filter of some sort. You should have refueled your car with high octane fuel and an upgraded fuel pump before you did the swap. From my experience with my SR. It will idle better if you index your spark plugs and run a catch can or just leave the tube from the valve cover running to the intake just before the turbo. I ran a crank case breather for along time and had idle problems when using my A/C. After the above corrections. She idles like a champ
