SR20DET idle problem, need help

hi, im just going to cut straight to the chase. i got in my car today, it crunk up just fine. BUT when the rpm's came back down to idle, it started jumping between like 200-800rpm rapidly and eventually just cut off. when its revving above 1k it does completely fine, but under 1k it runs like hell. i've done research on this topic, i believe its a vaccum line but thought i'd get some other feedback on the situation before i throw my money away into something that isnt the problem. i took a video earlier, see that you think, thanks in advance.

try cleaning your maf, checking you spark plugs and sprayin some carb cleaner in the iacv. if u need some help tomorrow let me kno bro cause ill be out
