ok...i got my car to run....but when it does its a Sputtering....while idleing it Sputtering and when i drive off i get crazy turbo lang and it Sputtering all the way to the top of the rpm gauge...what is up with this Sputtering??

what the hell is "Pottering"? Cutting out? Sputtering?

Sounds as if you have a Exhuast leak before the turbo or boost leak... I guess... I mean is it stumbling at idle and when you give it gas?

my bad Sputtering...and yes it sputters at idle and when im driving off...i dont think i have any boost leaks because i checked over everything making sure all the pipes are tight...could the turbo manifold leaking cuz this problem ?? and also my air/fuel gauge says im running inbetween lean and stoch. at idle and when im driving...but it does sputter on both idle and driving

Just an' ol AF Gauge?? If so those are only worth a damn at WOT. Not very accurate.

check to see if your manifold is leaking before the turbo this could be causing that problem.

Could also be a timing problem. Has the motor been disassembled and reassembled? Timing being off might cause this.

i dont think the motor has been messed with like that but i havent checked the timing yet...ill go do that today and get back to ya..

check your intercooler piping very carefully, it takes a very small leak to do what you described

yeh check for boost leak, and have u replaced the fuel filter?

changed the fuel filter...someone told me to use seafoam to check the leaks....dont really know what seafoam is....and could this problem be because i only have a down pipe no catback exhaust ??

maybe boost leak,vac leak ,iacv valve might be dirty or going out ,check your maf too for starters
