Hi guys have recently done an engine conversion on my s13 from an sr20de to a det from a 180sx (black top) it starts but only runs on one cylinder ?? I have swapped plugs and packs around but still only fires on no1 coil, have also checked earths but yet nothing I have tried swapping ecu's but still nothing changes any help would be much appreciated as I am at my wits end and need it for work

Are all injectors working? Did you test to see if all coils are working?

I recently went through a short term hell trying to get my s14 sr running, but all SR's are identical aside the obvious details and know revisions.

Anyway
1)check your timing!! No valve cover per fsm!
2)check your wiring and grounds.
3) clean your IACV!!!! Seriously
4)a happy sr has good plugs
5) check your vac, and wiring again.
6)fuel fuel fuel fuel

All else fails, compression check and think back the to the basics!
Sr20dets only require Maf,cts,tps,CAS to run so check those per fsm, and your coil packs just in case!!

If I am somehow mis-informing, please correct me if am wrong, my memory kinda sucks sometimes.

Hi guys thanks for all your help! It turns out it was the ecu the guy sold me was for a s14 so the plug on the 13 was pinned wrong for the s14 ecu so re-pinned the plug and she's all sweet! Just needs a good tune
