I have a s14 sr20det that was torn down and built with eagle rods, etc. stock head. It is in my s13. It ran before the tear down but I haven't been able to get it right since then. It is a pita to get started, I have to pump the gas until it starts. It has a greddy fpr on it which doesnt read any fuel pressure until the motor has been cranking for 2 or 3 seconds. denso 850cc injectors. The ecu was rom tuned and I am attempting to break in the motor except it runs like s*** until about 4 grand. It misses and sputters and backfires, after it warms up it runs alot better but still not near perfect. Timing is right, tps is good, maf is good, coilpacks and ignitor were good before tear down, I am out of ideas any body got any new ones? .
