1. can i get an sr20det automatic. 2.will my 240sx pass the smog check with the sr. 3.can i put my ka24e transmission on a sr20det. i search but couldnt find the answers to my ? pls help

Yes. Probably not. If you swap the bellhousing.

The SR20 will not pass smog in CA, yes it sux. I wouldn't go for the auto SR, learn how to drive stick, its actually a lot more fun to drive with!

Well, legally it won't pass smog. But there's always other ways...

True, visually it won't, I'm not so sure about emissions tho

i dont mind emissions, i have a hookup for that, but i am curious about this propane?

With propane you can pass the emissions, but not the visual inspection.
