SR20DET Headgasket Help

Just trying to see what comes into play when picking a metal head gasket? I was looking over at Phase2motortrend and they have a couple sizes to choose from. The right up says the size deals with compression. All I want to do is drop a metal head gasket on prior to my SR20 install over Turkey day while I have it out. Any help would be appreciated here are the most common sizes I see listed

86/0.8mm (stock size)86/1.1mm ???86/1.5mm ???

Oh and my engine setup is stock turbo and internals plan to upgrade fuel system once I get a fuel rail to fit the EVO 3 top feed 550 injectors that a buddy traded me.
