After driving my car, my father wants me to build him an Sr20DET Hardbody pickup (not frontier). I tried to find some info but came up quite a bit short.

I know the PUs used a version of the KA24, but I know its not the same motor as the KA used in the 240. I know I'm going to have to fabricate my own exhaust and intercooler piping, and more than likely AC and powersteering lines, but does anyone know if the mounts are going to be the same? Wiring can't be too much different, at least I'm staying in the same manufacturer.

Dad is disabled so I've got to keep it automatic, but that should simplify things since I don't have to worry about the shifter hole lining up or having a 3' long shifter.

Anyone seen this swap, or heard of it?

was one on ebay i think 2 weeks ago, its been done so it shouldn't be too incredibly hard. just get a swap and hoist it in there, see what you need to mod to bolt it up.

I think I read something about it on heavythrottle.com / srswap.com , but I can't get on the site right now to confirm that for some reason...
