Story... Drove to the gas station to get a full tank of gas. Then on the way back home, the S14 cuts off while driving. Pulled over and tried to start it up again, but nothing after multiple attempts.
Had the car towed back home; electrically everything still works, but I hear no sound coming from the fuel pump and there is no fuel coming through the lines in the engine bay.
I just replaced the fuel pump and still nothing. I hope this is not a CAS problem. Let me know what you guys think it is.

Did you check to make sure you are getting power to your pump, fuse good? How did you determine electrically everything is still "good?"

No power to the fuel pump.
Fuses are still good.
Still cranks.
Sparks are there.

With the key in the on position do you have power at the fuse location? If you have power at the fuse, then check the fuel pump relay, thats the next in line before it hits the pump according to the wiring diagram.

When the key is in the ignition in the on position. This is what I've checked so far.
I checked the fuse and they are still good.
I checked my fuel pump relay with the multimeter and it is getting a signal
I checked the ECU 104 pin with the multimeter and it is getting a signal
I took out the fuel pump to check the signal. It is getting a faint signal when the car is off, but once in the on position it zero out.
The fuel pump does work, so I know it's not that.

I got my uncle who's a master mechanic at his shop. He checked it out and says that the CAS or ignitor chip has crapped out.
Just got a used CAS in and it is still the same. I'm at a loss on what it is.

CAS or ignitor?
Ignition switch on....you hear the pump prime the lines. If you do not hear then pump failure. Never heard of ignition system components affecting the fuel pump.

Change your relay...

The ecu primes the pump with the initial key-on, and then shuts off. After that, the ecu only activates the fuel pump if it sees the CAS spinning, like when the engine is cranking or running. If the CAS is bad or the ECU isn't getting a signal from it for w/e reason, the pump won't come back on, even if you hear the initial prime at key-on.
