SR20DET GAS in CYL #1 Fuel filter leaking.

I was running the ISIS T25/28 Turbo and it was AWESOME for a cheap turbo. Only problem is I could not regulate the boost. I have a Walbro 255, Z32 fuel filter. Basically the boost was at like 21lbs (boost gauge may be bad too) but this was not the problem. I never let it go above 10 by feathering the throttle and not EVER getting on it. It ran pretty good despite some timing issues I was having right before the new turbo that I fixed when I put the new turbo on. Anyway I was driving to ATL from MD for FD and it ran great right before we left. in about NC it would no longer boost. (did not ever really try to boost the car cause I wanted to actually make it to ATL) At this point I realized the car would not go above 80MPH without a hella fight. It would stutter and just have a bad time. (also if I let of the gas it would lose all power but not shut off and it felt like I could put the pedal down and it would do NOTHING and then slowly climb back to 80) Last year I made this trip and got 40+MPG with my blacktop (tuned for reliable 9psi) before I spun a rod bearing. So i threw a redtop in and never got it tuned. I pulled over in NC after realizing my fuel economy was around 23MPG. I got to ATL and there was gas in Cyl 1. swapped the coils and still have the same problem. also 1/3 times i turn the car on fuel pours out of the filter, like A LOT! I even put 2 clamps on the bottom and top and it still leaks out. I am unemployed since the trip so I don't have any money at all. where should I start? I have a mostly finished KA but no money to finish getting it ready.

I have another set of injectors from my blacktop, but before I get elbow deep in it... any suggestions?

First off, went to work on the car for the first time in a while. Battery was dead. I changed out the fuel rail for a lower mileage one and jumped the battery. car ran like s***!!! it stuttered and "blubbed out" fuel pump sounds like a bong kind of.

sounds like you have a leaky injector and maybe a bad fpr. remove the rail from the intake manifold and prime the fuel pump, if any of the injectors leak thats bad. also check the return line and make sure fuel is returning to the tank, if the fpr is stuck closed it can cause rich running and too much fuel pressure.
