If i start the car, drive it, park it, and turn it off, it wont start back up... I can disconnect the fuel line and crank it until it fires off of the gas that is still in the cylinders/fuel rail. When that gas runs out and it dies i can reconnect the fuel line and it will start right up... any suggestions will be greatly helpful!!!

runs smooth as a babys butt when i rev' it up, a havent really been ale to drive it too far though because i dont have tags and am running open downpipe since i just got the motor back in. The po-po are all over my street lol. OH YEAH. and this may be just a "side effect" of the open downpipe but it backfires quite a bit on rev-down

PROBLEM SOLVED! ok just an Fyi in case someone has the same problem, i changed the fuel rail, which included injectors/o-rings, and FPR and it didnt solve the problem but it was worth a try... It turned out to be the coolant temperature sensor on the intake manifold. its right behind and to the right side of the throttlebody! Thanks for the sugestions everyone!
