Sr20det flooding problem???

Sorry for the book just wanted to let everyone know some background info on the car its a 1995 240sx with a sr20det motor swap from an s13 and a r32 tranni . i bought this car and am now experiencing trouble with my motor flooding. first off i bought w/o driving it because a head on collision caused it to not be in operating condition. i went on good faith everything was good and i heard it start up that was it. the front end damage wasnt to major no bent frame or anything. but two weeks out of the shop the tranni went out. ive tried to contact the guy who sold me the car with no luck. he is an a** lack of a better word. lets just say he saw me coming a mile away.but the symtoms are1 it will start up cold but if i give it any gas it floods. it will start up again but with trouble2 if im lucky enough to get it out of the driveway it floods if i decide to let off the gas for any reason..... stop lights, stop signs, avoiding other cars ect....lol3 gas smell from 20 feet away.4 fouled plugs every time i pull them. 5 bogging at around 3000 rpms 6 black and gray smoke and liquid coming out the exhaust ... maybe from the excessive gas.7 back fires when accelerating but not all the time i have read other forums with similar are the same symtoms where the o rings are injectors are at fault. ive replaced the o rings and injector seem fine. when running i pulled the wires to each one and the engine bogs on every cylinder. ive checked the coil packs and they are fine. changed spark pugs. could the fuel pressure regulator be at fault? i looked at mine and its from greddy but idk how old it is or anything. ive noticed i have a vacum leak on my throttle body on the bottom. i looked on a diagram and its supposed to run to the recirulation valve or something but i looked in my engine bay where is should be located and the is two open vacum lines with no canister or w.e could this be a problem also? im running out of patience this car is nice with over 15,000 invested in it turbo upgrades ect. (well thats what i was told) but its killing me ive had to put more than 3000 in it this summer and havnt gotten to drive it ... front bumper , radiator support, r32 tranni, custom drive shaft, ect. can anyone help me? i dont have the patience for crappy shops around here and i would much rather someone with experience on sr20s help me..... Please help me !
