SR20DET engine with stock S14 rear end gearing

Long title I know but I'm not entirely sure how to better word it. I'm putting an S14 SR20DET engine and transmission into my 96 Zenki and I would like to know what the gear ratios are like. I guess to clarify that a little more, let's say at 70mph on the highway, will my revs stay under 3000 or go above?

Currently it's running the base model open diff but I have an S14 SE LSD that I'm eventually put in the car. When I do this, is it possible to change the ring gear to end up with a taller final drive?
