Sr20det Engine problems

Hello everyone, I recently swapped in a s13 sr20det redtop into my 1998 s14. I am having a few problems with it.

First: Cold start, likes to idle at 2000. Will eventually get down to that 875 ish range. When it is at operating temperature, it seems to sort of hunt for idle around 900-750. Nothing too serious just sort of annoying.

Second: Climate control unit. When I push the buttons for different areas (I.e. defrost, head, foot) it doesnt change. Defrost only. Also my heat doesnt work even when the engine is at op temp. I slide the slider and nothing seems to do anything.

Third: When I am in third or fourth gear, it wont pull/boost/accelerate past 4000rpm. It drives fine in the lower gears and until 4000 ish. Mafs?

I give you all of these just because one problem might affect multiple. Any help would be appreciated and yes, I have done a boost leak test. Recirculated my bov, and timed the engine. Thanks, Conor
