sr20det engine PLEASE HELP!!!

HI im new to this website and i have a problem and i am seeking for some help!!!

I just now finished a redtop sr20det swap into my 89 240sx. I am having a problem. the engine starts up and idles normally but when i go and try to rev the engine i can only go up to 1500rpms at full throttle. And when i let off the throttle the engine stalls. I worked on it all day i checked the maf and its good. checked the timing and its good, i replaced the temp sensor and tried another ecu and all good. brand new spark plugs ngk. replace the tps sensor and same thing. checked for any leaks and no leaks at all. check fuel pressure and getting a costant 38 psi of pressure so thats good. So im all out of ideas on what to do and i still cannot figure this problem so can someone please help me out please!!!!!!!

It is in LIMP mode for what ever reason and normally that is a MAF issue. How did you check the MAF to see if it was good?

well i took another maf from a good running sr20det and it did the same thing and by the way what is LIMP mode can you inform me on what that is!!
