sr20det engine install

Ok my friends engine just died on him and wants to install a sr20det motor. He has a stock 1989 240sx and wants to drop a used motor in. So I want to know a couple things 1. is this a bolt in project or do we need to get some stuff to make it work? If so what? 2. Anyone know anyplace to get a used one for cheap?

P.S Sorry for the stupid questions but its not my car and i dont know jack about them im just trying to help a friend out. Thanx For any help.

its not that bad if u have some automotive knowledge. check dragdriftautox or garge 112, ddx is up in Wa, and i think garage 112 is in portland. but search and u can find all of what u want to know plus more
