sr20det engine harness problem

i recently purchased a s14 kouki sr20det automatic engine and a s13 transmission... i put them together and into my s14... that was no big problem... the problems just started with the engine harness couse it is an autamatic... a friend told that it can work that i just need to plug in the automatic ecu(that i dont have)... and do somethin to VCT... dont know what, and it will run just fine......i also cant find any diagrams of a sr20det automatic in to a s14 STD... im thinkin on buyin the zenki std engine harness i already have the ecu WC, and need to buy the MAF... but the engine harness costs like 400 dlls on ebay!!!

any sugestions!!!
