sr20det engine bogs at 6000rpm

Well, my problem is when i hit around 6000rpm my car bogs.. (I'm using a Bee*r Rev limiter) With the Bee*r rev limiter the reason should be pretty simple and easily solved. I just need to turn the rev limiter up a bit... BUT! If it was the Bee*R, shouldn't the car make loud bangs etc when it hits the designated rev point? Because, it doesn't.. It just bogs down like crazy, the GAIN is set pretty low though, it hadly makes any bangs, you can hear it in this vid (http://bilgalleri.dk/html/vid_vis.asp?VideoID=19505) - Can the GAIN be set so low, that it wont make bangs when hitting the REV1 limiter. Therefor i suspect it to be fuel issues. The topspeed is limited to 180 km/h(So the previous owner says, i haven't been up there) But it does produce 300hp.

Some people even think it could be the cold weather, and therefor the car reacts to that. Effecting the AF-ratio

The REV1 was set to F, so i guess that exclude the rev limiter, i tried to turn it off, lets see if that helped..

I surely hope you guys can help me out.
