SR20DET emissions test results...

For those of you constantly asking what the SR will do in emissions...here are my results, went today.

By the way, I am in Illinois, so don't know how standards vary from state to state.

My mods are as follows:

S13 BlacktopIntakeBlitz SS 3" Downpipe Project Silvia resonated 3" Test PipeBlitz Nur Spec R 80mm exhaustBlitz LM FMICGreddy Hot PipeBlitz SS/DD Blow Off VavleWalbro 255lph Fuel PumpClutch, OIlpan, Yada Yada Yada

I have removed AIV system and Canister, and I am running on stock boost.

Hydrocarbons legal limit = 0.80 GPMMy reading = 8.26

Carbon Monoxide legal limit = 15.0 GPMMy reading = 68.8

Carbon Dioxide (although reading doesn't matter) = 339.7 GPM

Gotta find someone who likes bribes!! I didn't come within a long shot...

Zaxx, did they run a NOX emissions reading too? I don't know if IL requires that test (NJ does).

I'm curious what the SR pumped out in NOX, probably off the scales w/o EGR connected.

No, they don't do the NOX test in Illinois, so I don't have a reading, sorry.

By the way, the SR forum wasn't there, I can only get into general and technical for some reason.

I live in NY and im moving to IL to go to UTI on august 26th, do you think if i threw like 2 cats on my car it would pass? I heard IL cops dont like out of state plates.

Never really heard of any problems with out of state plates here...in fact I have a buddy with Cali plates and he hasn't even gotten pulled over yet since he's been back.

I had a feeling I wasn't going to pass emissions when my friends told me I shoot flames in between shifts!
