SR20DET emission pass?

i have a 1997 240SX and i got a SR20DET swap on the car, does the car have potential to pass an illinois emission test? (Lake County does only OBD2 testing)

if your motor is running like it should and you have a good cat then you will be fine. my car was fine in ohio. My buddy has a built sr good for 400+ and the echeck guy hit boost during the test and he passed fine
